As a WBFF Pro Fitness Diva, what you eat is just as important as how you workout. I try to eat clean, local, and seasonal ingredients that cohere with my paleo lifestyle. Using tools like My Macros+ on my phone, and being conscious of the food I eat and supplements I take, I am able to maintain a successful method for fueling my body. I encourage you to check out how I track my nutrition (through macronutrients: Protein, Carbs & Fats) and hopefully you will find all of this as useful as I do.
